Hive is the UK's largest smart home provider. It offers users smart heating, security, and lighting, giving them peace of mind and control of their homes at the tip of their fingers.
I designed the onboarding flows for all devices and control screens for the Hive View camera and Hive lighting range. Helping redesign the Hive app to simplify its design and create a scalable design system.
I crafted rapid and realistic prototypes, putting the user at the heart of our design process. This approach allowed us to test our designs and make informed decisions with evidence, ensuring that Hive focuses on creating the right thing, the right way. I also facilitated lean research, generating actionable insights with confidence while being mindful of our resources and budgets.
